2. How to Initiate a Return

    Carefully package the item in its original packaging (if possible) to prevent damage during transit. Ensure that the RMA number is included inside the package.

  4. Return Shipping:
    You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake made by TechzPariz (e.g., receiving the wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item is safely returned to us. TechzPariz is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time:
    Please allow 5–7 business days for us to process your return once it has been received. Refunds typically take an additional 3–5 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment method.

  • Partial Refunds:

4. Exchanges
